Scott Mendenhall will begin work at i.t.NOW on April 5.
Mendenhall has 20 years of experience as a manager. He worked for Zions Technology and Operations for eight years, where he eventually became the service desk manager. As the service desk manager, he managed three teams, which included 25 local agents and 20 remote agents in five different states. Mendenhall has attended business classes at Fullerton College and the University of Phoenix.
In his new position at i.t.NOW, Mendenhall will oversee Utah data recovery (http://www.itnow.net/salt-lake-city-data-recovery), client dispute resolution, tech utilization, process improvement, budget analysis, financial reporting, monthly and annual employee reviews, monitoring of techs and more.
